Giuseppe Scapellato is a Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist. His journey started at the University of Westminster, where he graduated from the BSc Human Nutrition with a first class degree. To further develop his knowledge in clinical nutrition, Giuseppe trained as a dietitian within the NHS, completing a Postgraduate Diploma with distinction in Dietetics and Nutrition.

Food is not just simple fuel for the body. Nutrition influences every aspect of life. Life starts in the womb where we develop and grow through the nutrition provided by our mothers. Together with its nutrients, food keeps us alive every day, being therefore one of the vital building blocks of life.

Nutrition can be used both preventatively and as support for the treatment of many conditions from  weight management, cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, digestive issues, to osteoporosis, immunity, energy levels and glowing skin.
