The Digestive Rebalance Programme takes the guesswork away by providing structured, evidence-based support that helps you understand your triggers, calm your digestion, and rebuild a healthy relationship with food.
What Makes This Programme Different
As a Registered Dietitian (BDA/HCPC), Nutritional Therapist (BANT), and Clinical Herbalist (MSc), I combine clinical expertise with a practical, food-first approach to restore digestive balance without unnecessary restriction.
You’ll receive tailored meal plans and supplement guidance, created around your unique preferences and symptoms, so that nutrition becomes sustainable — not stressful.
If appropriate, we can also include gut microbiome testing to explore bacterial imbalances, inflammation, or digestive dysfunction in more depth. The test results are then used to develop a targeted nutrition protocol aimed at restoring microbiome balance.
For more complex conditions such as SIBO, IMO, or dysbiosis, a longer timeframe is usually required — typically around 6 months — to fully address and correct underlying imbalances.

- 1x 40-minute follow-up

Cost – £495 (paid upfront)
Includes all consultations, meal plans, resources, and ongoing support throughout your 3-month journey.
Gut microbiome testing can be added at an additional cost if clinically appropriate.
Follow-Up Package – £300: Continue your progress with two review sessions to refine your nutrition plan and maintain your results.
